Nova Scotia Mass Murder Evil And Calculated

So it all started with an ex-wife and her new boyfriend:

Quote:
The first two dead are believed to be 51-year-old Wortman’s “ex (wife or girlfriend) and her new boyfriend,” say police sources.

The killing was just getting started.

It had to be calculated and planned, but it still is tragic to think that someone would do such a senseless act.

Trudeau gives China a pass, then targets gun owners

Quote:
Instead, he used this tragedy to start talking about his gun-control plans before the RCMP had even confirmed that all the bodies from this massacre had been found.

Does make me wonder if Scopolamine is involved, and the entire incident created to leverage gun control legislation.

The shooter always dies. Seems to me you would very much want him alive, just to know why he did it and maybe prevent future incidents. OTOH death of the shooter is very convenient if all is not as it appears. And as far as I know they never do tox screens, they certainly never release the results.

Of course could be a side effect of anti-depression meds or withdrawal from same, but this seems too carefully planned for that to be the cause.

Shocka...

Police have 'good idea' guns used in N.S. mass shooting were not licensed

Quote:
Police say the man who went on a murderous rampage through five Nova Scotia communities was likely using unlicensed firearms, and investigators are trying find out how he obtained illegal weapons.

That probe into firearms is occurring alongside a hunt for anyone who helped the killer obtain an RCMP uniform and a replica vehicle he used to deceive his pursuers and the public as he went about killing 22 people and setting fire to homes on the weekend.

Chief Supt. Chris Leather said Wednesday that "we have a fairly good idea that, in Canada at least, he didn't have a firearms acquisition certificate."
And this. This makes me feel much safer!

Nova Scotia Shooting

Quote:
What the actual hell?
Nova Scotia’s police watchdog is investigating why two uniformed officers were shooting in the direction of a fire hall in Onslow being used as a place of refuge the morning of the shooting rampage.

In a statement to Global News, Nova Scotia Serious Incident Response Team (SiRT) interim director Pat Curran said the team is investigating the discharge of firearms by two RCMP officers near the Onslow-Belmont Fire Hall about 10:30 a.m. on Sunday morning.
Trust the cops, they say...
