Search function... now even worse!

So the search function employed here at ehMac has been long lamented. The inability to search, for example, three-letter terms is a major PITA.

I've always gotten around that by using Google ( "searchterm site:ehmac.ca")

But today, for some reason, although Google returns a bunch of results that are relevant, clicking on the link no longer takes you to the post in question - it just takes you to the last page in the thread.

No idea if this is a vbulletin issue or a Google Search issue, but I'm rather peeved....

Couple of questions for you so I can be sure of recreation.

What device are you using, and what browser are you using? If you are using a mobile device, are you using Enhanced Mobile View, or the Full Version?

Hi Kevin,

Desktop Safari, latest version of OS X on my rMBP, and Safari 9.1.3 on my office iMac with 10.9.5.

Not mobile version - I'm an old feller, those screens are too small for these eyes

Not able to recreate just yet. Can you give me an example search term you are using with Google, and specify which thread you are trying to open from there?

Can you also try from signed in, and from signed out and see if you get different results
