@hotmail.com @msn.* @live.com @outlook.com emails appear to be delaying (temporarily blocking) our emails.

They do this once in a while and we're trying to clear that up right now. Can you please try adding [email protected] AND [email protected] on your safe list / address list? What happens is when people start safe-listing our email, the provider will see that our IP is legitimate. The more people doing this the better.

Please let us know if it helped.

There has to be something else wrong as well, at least as far as I'm concerned, there's no "temporarily blocking" at all, NOTHING ARRIVES from ehmac.ca for me!!!

And both the suggested [email protected] AND [email protected] were and are still in my webmail preferences settings so that they were always allowed and not blocked.

Next suggestion…???

If they were flagging them as spam/junk, then we would see it in our junk folder. They seem to be blocked prior going through the spam filter at outlook.com

I think outlook is having problems with their server, because i did not receive my payment transfer from Tangerine to my hotmail address.

They are blocking our email servers at an IP level hence the safe list AND contact list suggestion this then will take 1-2 days to catch up. The more people that do this the more likely they are to lift the flag. Another suggestion though that I've seen from other sites is to set up a gmail account and email forward to their regular account

I'd suggest that there's something else a bit goofy and non-consistant going on.

Today I finally actually received a total of four (4) email subscription notifications, including two from "Reply to thread 'Hows the weather?'", but that's all.

There are sure some on my subscriptions page that should have arrived but haven't yet as as as I can understand how things are supposed to work. And It's worked fine for ages until recently.

Here's what email I received and what my CP ehmac.ca subscriptions page shows:

Are the emails slowly trickling through now or did they just stop after those 4?

The emails seem to be working properly today as far as I can tell.

I haven't checked fully, but all related email notifications seem to be working as expected. Do I need to touch wood or…????

As received so far today, and I hope it's not some April Fools Joke prank!!!

Yup. much better thanks, at least for me. Only one email notification missing from one thread that I can see so far for today, all the others have arrived as expected.

I don't know what the admins fixed, but it seems to be for me for all subscribed threads now.
