I've had this service since it was known as IDirect and have generally been pleased but I hear it has been sold. Is this so and if so to whom?

iDirect was my very first ISP back in my Dial-Up days -- My parents still had them when they became Look communications as well. I moved out of the sticks and into the city... mostly for the highspeed internet.
