I built an antenna last year and I am in Hamilton I get all of the Toronto stations over the air in HD and once in a while I get some New York stations. Check out this site and look at the pages for your area and see what reception others have had. His blog says "digital tuner" but you have to have an ATSC tuner to get OTA reception. A digital tuner may be the tuner that would allow you to get digital cable reception if the cable companies in Canada allowed that but you have to buy or rent a box from them to get digital cable tv.
