: 18-yr Mac guy, and I can't figure this out

I've generally given my old Macs away to friends and family members, but I want to sell this latest unit. My problem is setting it up so that a user has full access to demo the thing, but isn't stuck with my Admin name and password, etc.

Want to sell it with latest Tiger installed, but to get it up to 10.4.11, I'd have to "do some time"
- Panther 10.3 install (got disks),
- upgrade to 10.3.9 (download), then
- upgrade to Tiger 10.4.1 (got upgrade disk), then
- upgrade to Tiger 10.4.11 (download).

How can I work through this without entering some BS admin name and info? If there's no getting around it (the part that has me stumped), how is it removed by the purchaser and replaced with his own admin name and password?

Is it as simple as setting up another account with admin privileges who then boots the original admin off the machine?

Got a Pro, so the Quicksilver's gotta go!

Any help appreciated
