: iPod touch warranty

I recently discovered that my iPod's music would fade in and out or cut out completely if I wiggle my headphone jack. I was gonna put up with it but the problem is getting worse. Now I want to get it repaired. So I emailed Futureshop and they said I should contact apple directly. I thought this would be easy but when looking at the literature that came with my iPod, I discovered that there is no number printed on it to contact apple. So my question is, how DO I contact apple? Once I call, how do I send my iPod in for repair and how long will it take. Also, how likely is it that I'll get a new one (lol)? Thanks!

Is the list of contact number and emails.

If it is still under warranty, it shouldn't be too tough to get it in for repair. Can't speak to how long it will take.
