Hey guys,

I had a slight mishap last night. I urinated onto my MacBook Pro while sleeping Walking after having a few too many. The computer works fine; however, I can not get my num lock to turn off so that I can login. Every other key seems to work fine, except that one. Is there anyway to bypass this? Thanks guys.

Sincerely,
Your Sleep Walking Urinator

Ok, I think this guy has some deep seated unconscious hatred for his Mac. Perhaps he should give up on it.

Hey ... it's silver (which can look white in the glow of night) ... and has a lid ...

I think all he needs to do to fix this is ...

... wait for it ...

FLUSH THE CACHE!

Hooo ... I've been waiting years to use that line ...

Sounds like this is just another tough lesson,
Don't take the laptop to bed and then wet the bed.

Best solution would be to just replace the keyboard on the laptop.
Pricey mistake, But hopefully this person won't do it again.

Dave :)

i've read that putting it in the oven and baking it helps the keyboard.
:D

How come he needs to have the Num Lock off in order to log into the system???

StageDive

there are probably numbers in his pass that he can't press unless num lock is off
