I need an app or photoshop plugin to edit EXIF data with, not the creator and tags but the actual exposure values

I think editing the exposure values is the tricky part. You can't do this in Photoshop, as far as I know, though if you do suss out a way, please report it back here as I would be interested to know.

Adobe's Lightroom may do what you're asking. I know if can edit EXIF data but am not sure if it can be used to modify the exposure. You can always trial it to see.

You might be able to do this with the Perl module called exiftools if you're just looking to modify the metadata itself (not the photograph)

Just curious, why would you want to edit the exposure info in the EXIF data? Or are you wanting to edit the actual exposure?

It's just the information in the EXIF data, i'm compiling an image in Photoshop and want to make it seem real right down to the metadata.

Ive downloaded exiftools but have no idea how to use it.

It's all command line so you're going to have to do some reading on that one ;)
