I think you meant Calgary. ;)

But the point isn't losing the headquarters... the point here is that the company famous for no-bid government contracts is moving to a convenient location outside of direct US gov't control.

That move may or may not make sense for their business (versus other political reasons). Congress needs to move fast and start a deep audit of virtually every contract to them (all no-bid, random sample of open bid awards). In short, they need to go all "Sheila Fraser" on the books.
