Hey guys,

I just loaded up VirtualDesktops (http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/16530) and Wallsaver (http://web.mac.com/nilthacker/iWeb/macApps/applications/A5856A4B-B11C-4ABD-8488-6517BC4C46D2.html)
on my MacBook. Just some more stuff to show off to potential "Switchers".

Cool, one thing that i may caution you on is that macbook's already get quite hot when running alot of processes and virtual desktop and wallsaver are quite demanding applications so just go easy on the switching back and forth.

What's Wallsaver? The site is down due to Bandwidth restrictions on .Mac...

It lets you run your screensaver as your desktop. Looks pretty cool, but not really practical.

I remember using Terminal to get the same thing Wallsaver does in 10.2, not sure why he didn't find an application that does it. I mean it's posted on macosxhints as well, but I'm not sure when Apple re-enabled Exposé to work with the screensaver. It was "broken" in that Exposé was disabled in 10.3 and 10.4.0 for sure.

(Given that it says it was coded in AppleScript, it makes sense that it is using the same command - I mean I get the same results but without the pretty user friendly UI).
