Well.. Things are moving pretty nicely on the new iMac Core Duo. I thought I would start a thread documenting some of the Universal software that is available. I'll start it off :)

Handbrake (http://handbrake.m0k.org/) is now Universal Beta. I've used it to add a couple of my DVD's to my computer for easy access to them in Front Row. Really really really fast. Definitely check it out.

OnyX (http://www.titanium.free.fr/pgs/english.html), my absolute favorite OS X maintenance app is now Univeral Binary. REALLY nice :)

Adium (http://www.adiumx.com/) is now also Universal. Which is really nice having my two main messengers (iChat and MSN) available in Universal Binaries. Works a treat! :)

There was one earlier you could top up or just use the VersionTracker list.
