: VNC with Java web client

Alright, after 6 hours of messing with this, I'm at the point of giving up. I'm running OSXvnc which is serving the VNC, and I can connect perfectly fine to it using a client like Chicken of the VNC. However, I want to host the java interface so I can access it from any computer, even one without a client. I turned on web sharing, put the java files in the Sites folder, etc, etc. I've tried both the altered version from the guy linked on the OSXvnc site, as well as the java contained within TightVNC on DarwinPorts. At first, I was just getting connection errors that I couldn't figure out. Ports are open/forwarded, as Chicken can connect fine. Now the java applet doesn't even load anymore. It loaded once and gave me just a gray screen, now it won't even repeat that.

Anyone else doing this? Help!

I've never had good luck with the web java clients honestly and gave up on them quite some time ago.
