: Can't connect to my online iDisk

I have an iMac G5 running OSX 10.4.3. I have a LAN with 1 PC and a MAC Power book using a Netgear wireless router. Embarrassingly enough, I can log into my iDisk using iDisk Utility from my PC (no Netgear firewall problems apparently) but I can not from my Mac. I have tried logging in using "other person's iDisk" option and I get an error message 50.

I paid for the the full iDisk package, but there is NO!! tech help at Apple. And there is nothing I can find on the Web site that works - I have follwed every suggestion there. Help please.

Do your .Mac preferences work OK - are you able to sign in to your .mac account in prefs?
