Does anyone know where I can get a connector that I can solder onto the end of the cable for my iBook power adaptor? The pinouts would be handy too but I can figure those out easily enough.

Thanks a lot!

you mean the plug that actually goes into the iBook?

Surely it's easier just to buy a replacement..

Yes, I mean the plug that goes into ibook. Its allways easier to replace something, but I've got the means to fix it (if I can find the plug)
It seems like a waste to throw out a whole ac adaptor for one end.

okay, I just checked and they're more expensive than I thought.

I can't think where you'll get one without chopping it off the end of another power adapter, perhaps one with a broken power plug on ebay..

that end must be used on something else

I think Kensington makes a modular power adapter with multiple plug ands. Maybe they sell replacement parts.
