We all know what the fourth is, somewhere deep inside - we won't remember what it is until it reveals itself, though. (Such is the case for two-button mice and Mactels, at least. :D)

The four signs of the apocalypse:

1. Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith opens to good reviews;
2. Roger Waters and Pink Floyd play together again after more than 2 decades;
3. Apple switches to Intel processors; and
4. Apple markets a mouse with more than one button.

A few weeks ago I commented on the first three signs, but I never would have guessed Apple would do it again.

syd barrett reuniting with floyd is at least .001x as improbable as apple releasing a multibutton mouse ...

The flying pigs stuff is sooooo like '77 dude.

(Actually, when Floyd was playing Live 8, you could see the real factory from the Animals album in the background.)

Nobody loves Star Wars. It's not Shakespeare or anything. It's a likeable diversion. People who hate Star Wars tend to forget that.

Now, you gotta admit that a RTO is a very clever move of Apple.
