I'm seeing quite a few other users with AirPort troubles ever since installing Mac OS X "Tiger." - Myself, my Mac mini and my AirPort Express, we haven't had any troubles... have you?
If anything, my signal strength is higher although I think that is just because they changed the sensitivity of the monitor. I get an extra bar on a couple of machines (i.e. 4 bars instead of a typical 3).

Same thing here on my ALBook. My connection used to drop for a couple of minutes intermittently but has not since the Tiger install. Much more solid at this point. Maybe they strengthened support for non-apple routers.
I get the opposite effect on my AlPowerBook. I seem to have less reception. I like Tiger's features, but I'm experiencing OS crashes all the time ... I'll be lucky if I get 2 hours of uptime. Didn't have this problem when I installed panther... argh!
