: Using Daylite for Kanban boards

OK, this may be a bit of a specialist query but...

We want to start using Kanban boards for our projects (and our business in general). The default software is Trello.

We don't want to increase the number of platforms (too many already) and so will stick to Daylite to achieve that.

At present I'm thinking of creating task categories and running a custom report. Any other ideas?

I have created new categories of Tasks and it's a bit clunky but it works. I certainly don't have the patience to create a custom report.

Apparently, I'm not the only one asking, here is Market Circle's response:

"You would be able to create a Smart List for each Task Category you create, this way you can have a list for Ideas/To-Do/Doing/Done. If you want them organized in a Kanban-style layout, then a custom report would likely be the best way to achieve this."

"We have received feature requests to add a Kanban board to Daylite for items like Tasks/Projects, and I would be happy to add your name to the list of customers who would be interested in this for our Development Team to review."
