According to a search of the web, "DewittIndustries.com" is a Christian art website....?

Could be an embedded Ad, that was in a directory that's password protected on that site. Might have just been a typo.

Could be, but I have adblocker and also paid ad protection with EhMac.

Yeah, it's an odd one to appear here. Not a place I've visited.

can you post a bigger screen shot?
and what browser are you using?

It was just the one time, that it appeared at 8:02 AM ET.

I was using Firefox 54.0b2 (64-bit) on El Capitan.

The dropdown appeared the moment I switched to looking at EhMac. I was already logged in at the time. Could not use the escape key to make it disappear. I had to close the entire browser window containing the tab before I could get rid of it.

I checked the unusual wording. Mozilla seems to have added that warning to Firefox to identify phishing attempts where the requesting website is different from the one you are visiting:

Glad to hear it has not appeared again.
It may have been flagged by your ad blocker.

The Mozilla warning you mentioned should appear in the login field.
The url provided in the drop down menu seems a little fishy to me.

If you, or any other member on the site see this again, please let us know.
And if you are able, grab the source URL for the drop down menu.

Richard.
