"fully-functional"
By that I mean, somthing like, opening files from other applications and
swift delivery from desktops to Mac portable.. im quite happy to make that transition..

Even 10 iterations in, iOS continues to fall far short of what my expectations were for the first version. The usability of the software keeps getting worse to that point that I've started using my old iPod Classic so that I could have a device that will actually play and sync my music and podcasts properly.

I definitely don't want my iPhone to work like a Mac, to be honest. Two different purposes, two different devices.

Only thing I care about are iMessages, reminders and email to sync across iPad, iPhone and MBP. Anything else is unnecessary and serves no purpose for me as I use the three platforms for totally different purposes.
