if u have a v4 or v5 dongle the program download can be found here
emagic logic v1.9 for windows (+upgrade to emagic logic 2.0!) (1992) *download* (http://www.oldschooldaw.com/forums/index.php?topic=1343)

and this is a demo that requires no dongle:
micro logic 2.0 *working Demo* (Oct 1996) download links (mac/pc) (http://www.oldschooldaw.com/forums/index.php?topic=701)

both work on windows 3.1 or windows 95
