Just got an update and the details mention that it fixes an issue with OSX 10.7. Guess that means that it is right around the corner!

Update your browsers if you have not already.

If you do not use Firefox.....your loss. LOL!!!!:lmao: j/k. To each their own.

What’s New in Firefox

The latest version of Firefox has the following changes:

Worked around an issue in Mac OS X 10.7 that could cause Firefox to crash
Worked around an issue caused by Apple's "Java for Mac OS X 10.6 Update 5" where the Java plugin would not be loaded

I don't use firefox regularly but I have read that 5.0 crashes on the GM build of lion, I'd also read there would be a new build to fix this soon, didn't expect it before Lion drops but seeing as Lion is expected this week, not too surprising to see patches starting to come out to fix and incompatibilities with older software.

sorry, what? I must have missed that-the common sense club, eh? apart from ehMac members, otherwise
not many members of that club outside, as far I can see (heh, heh). I've already updated FF to 6 and it's not bad, but it does crash and slow down a bit more than FF5. Of course, I found out about FF's "secret"settings which helped me a bunch. Haven't messed around with those. The crash is, alas, related to Flash once in a while (sigh !). so much for the uncrasheable browser.....I dunno about Lion. If there's something I absolutely just gotta have, then maybe. otherwise, what I have for now will do, and the bit about backup...better safe than sorry, and cross fingers I haven't had any problems, YET, but I will bear that backup thing in mind....
