Would Anybody be Able to Identify this Background for Me?

Would Anybody be Able to Identify this Background for Me? If possible, could someone provide the file without any of the winblows stuff ontop of it?

I googled that aswell, but I put spaces between the words. Sometimes Grammar CAN be a bad thing .

Ahah well, its just like texting, some people don't use proper grammar. And I've seen it a lot in forums and blogs that people use very bad grammar and spelling, I guess they just want to be quick or something.
