I know this isn't related to Mac or iPod, but it was computer related, so I thought this would be the best place to put it.
Anyways, just wanted to let you guys know about a brilliant “social bookmarks manager" called del.icio.us. The site is http://del.icio.us
and allows you to create an account and add anotated and tagged bookmarks to your personal page. This is a great solution for those that have multiple computers, since synchronizing bookmarks between various machines is a real pain in the ass. Not to mention that my Firefox bookmarks have mysteriously gone missing more than once (although luckily I always back them up).
Another cool thing about del.icio.us is that it maintains a reference to each of the bookmarks you post, meaning that you can find out how many other people have linked to the same bookmark you've added. I've managed to find some very cool websites from browsing other people's bookmarks who share the same interests as myself.
For those that are weary of storing all their bookmarks on a central server, you can easily back them up by downloading the XML file of your bookmarks from here
There's also an OS X Cocoa del.icio.us client available from here.
