Prominant front/active Window in Leo???

At WWDC Stevie J said that in Leo the front/active window would be obvious. I've looked at all the previews of Leopard and haven't noticed anything different. Can someone please clarify?

I think what he meant was that when closing an application's window, the active application focus will change to the frontmost window.
