Moving Podcasts

I created a user account for both of my sons and would like have them use iTunes.
Problem is I have a whack-load of podcasts downloaded for them under my user account and I don't really want to download them all over again (goes back months).
Any Ideas?

transfer the Podcasts folder to their user accounts and re-add to iTunes. Re subscribe to them, and it should all work nicely.

Moved folder

I moved the folder over and itunes won't recognize that the podcasts are there.
Am I missing something?

irod - With iTunes you need to go to the File menu and choose Add to Library...
Choose the Podcasts and iTunes will deal with the files.
