MacDoc sells the G3 350 iMacs for $99.

If these are towers, they might be worth a bit more... but probably not much... :s

There is so much old computer equipment out there now for sale that you may have a hard time getting a decent amount of money for it. It may be better to donate it to charity and get the tax write off, thats what I do with my old equipment.

They're both nice boxes for OS9 since you have a decent amount of ram. Performance should be excellent in OS9 too. They're not practical for OSX so they have very limited appeal these days.

Resale value is zilch. The only people willing to spend money on these boxes probably need it to run older software. They'd buy it as a hardware backup. I think $50 would be very optimistic. You're probably better off giving them away now and making someone happy, cause next year you'll have to pay someone to dispose of them.

These units will run 10.3.9 well. They're no G5 or Mac Pro, but they're sufficient for basic users.

Thanks for the info.. my better half says I have too many toys and since these are just sitting around I think its time to take what I can for them.. the ram in them cost me a fortune when I upgraded them for my kids..

It's scary to think that these units are worth more as parts than a whole unit.

Well since i need them gone I think $60 each will do.. time to hit the classifieds..
