iMovie

Is there a way that I can import a clip from a dvd into iMovie. This is a little project that I have done last year in iMovie and finalized it in iDVD so I don't have the original footage anymore. I want to import a clip in to iMovie then just create a dvd with that one clip in it.

I hope this makes sence. Is there a way that I can do this?

You can use any DVD ripping utility. I used Mac The Ripper, it was great.

DVD Ripping

You can also try a utility called HandBrake.

MacHome Journal had a review of it last month (or 2 months ago).

HandBrake is available as a free download.
