So then, suppoesdly Future Shop is going to be stocking these!!

This screen sure is aimed at Dell's 20inch widescreen...

But this display (for the same price Canadian) has a Hell of a lot more features!!

Here's Gateway's Description/Specs!!

Description

Widescreen High-Definition Resolution
With the 1680 x 1050 pixel display, you get 35% more pixels compared to a 1280 x 1024 display. Display two letter-sized documents side-by-side, expand a large spreadsheet or even watch a movie in widescreen format with the super size screen.

Picture-in-Picture Feature
Watch TV or a DVD while you work on a computer application with the picture-in-picture feature. Hit the Swap button and the main display image and the picture-in-picture video trade places.

Smooth Cinematic Quality
Get cinematic-quality images with the DCDi® by Faroudja with Advanced Video Smoothing Technology on composite and S-Video inputs. Moving images will appear clear and smooth, without rough pixilated edges.

Multimedia Display
This versatile screen can display just about anything. From notebook to TV to video gaming, the 21” Widescreen can accommodate almost any video content: PC, cable TV, satellite TV, video camera, DVD player, game consoles and VCR through its five video ports.

The Rotating Screen
Go from widescreen landscape view to portrait view with a flick of the wrist. With EZTuneTM Software and its auto-sensing display rotation, the image automatically rotates for you, making your 21” Widescreen a 21” "longscreen". View your favorite Web pages the way they were intended to be seen, without scrolling, or create graphic design in portrait-view. And, with an optional upgrade to a 3-year limited warranty, your LCD display will be going strong for years to come.*

Amazing Flexibility
Comfortably view your display with the height-adjustable tilt-swivel stand. The ergonomic design lets you adjust the display to accommodate your position. Whether used at home or at work, let us do the pivoting for you.

Ready for Tomorrow
The 21” Widescreen comes with built-in innovative compatibility features so you can handle tomorrow’s technology today. The HDCP Video Content Encryption Chip allows encrypted high-definition video to be played on the display through the DVI port. The Protection Video Path ensures the display is compatible with future software packages.

Extensive Display Control
Included with every 21” Widescreen is our EZTuneTM software. Get the precise visual quality you want by controlling many of the display settings from your computer. The user-friendly dashboard gives you extensive display control so you can make the adjustments on the usual settings such as brightness, contrast and balance, and the not-so-usual, such as color temperature and gamma settings.

Easy Connectivity
Built-in powered four-port USB hub (2.0) comes standard. Connect your keyboard and mouse in 2 USB ports; you’ve got two more for any thumb drives or other USB devices you wish to connect.

" ... Digital (DVI-D): 24-pin DVD-D (supports 480i, 480p, 720p and 1080i). Includes HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) ..."

Does it come with the DVI (or DVI-I, technically speaking) to DVI-D adapter?

it was only released 4 days ago... it's hard to know what comes in the box... iv been trying to find out for the past day! i wanna see pics of the back of the display and underneath (so i can see where everything plugs in)
But i have decided to buy this Display over Dell's 20inch Widescreen, simply for the fact that in my opinion it has a better panel, more features and i like the Hi-Def inputs... that means i dont gotta buy a VGA cable for the XBOX 360... i'll just use the Hi-Def cables it comes with and get the same picture!!! all in all i bet it will be a very popular display!!! and since i have a part time Job at Future Shop i can get the screen for 500 bucks or so with my employee discount

oh and did i mention... it looks a HELL of a lot better than the Dell 20inch? well in my opinion

Nah. Form has it's place. Just saving a bucketload for more/better functionality is hard to pass up.
