Question concerning newly downloaded widgets...

How do I upload my newly acquired widgets that I have downloaded onto the widget tool bar? This question is for others who are having the same problem as me. I hate having all these widget icons slapped on my desktop.

Man, this question probably would make me seem like an idiot, but I am too lazy to do a search online. Again this question being answered here won't just help me but it will help others like me. WHY MUST I DEFEND MYSELF?! *breaks down*

This is the default action for the widget folders. It requires password "authorize", due to the whole widget security blow-up.

Finally the buggers allowed me to install them on Dashboard. Now I don't have to access my widgets by clicking on icons from folders. Although the new widget manager makes things a lot easier, with sorting widgets, and adding or deleting them.

I can't install Widgets anymore, Quicktime keeps trying to open them, but of course it can't.
I also have an exe file on my desktop that you can only see when choosing to save something to the desktop, and the name changes all the time..... are these related?
