I went to Purolator to pick up my battery this morning. Never even saw the weigh bill. Obviously they've had several of these come in as they took care of pulling out the new battery, repacking my old battery and filling out the return documents. I just had to stand there and wait.

The dud batteries are returned to Apple Canada in Markham which isn't far from where I live.

If you've been charged duty, you can apply for a drawback citing warranty replacement and provide a copy of the receipt showing that the old battery was returned to the company.

Did this happen to anyone else?
If this was a warranty or recall replacement you should talk to the shippers, as they didn't include the proper paperwork... you shouldn't be paying anything. If it's from PBB I've had nightmarish experiences with them in the past

Again, as a replacement item they should have shipped it as such, and you should not have had to pay any brokerage or other fees attached to it.
