Exclamation Company Backs Off Bounty for Mac OS X Virus
A bounty?? c'mon now. Why draw attention to the fact that we have a virus free OS...

I understand thier reason for doing this "The contest was announced last week and was intended to raise awareness of what Jack Campbell, chief executive officer of DVForge, considers fear mongering by antivirus company Symantec." but I don't agree with the contest itself.

It's just asking for trouble.
IMHO that is.

Because the guy who set this bit of foolishness up is well known for not being the sharpest knife in the drawer and for shooting his mouth off and hitting himself in the foot with it.
