Mac Mail

HI,
Recently we received photos in line in mail (Yosemite) and they don't show up. They do show up in my MBP running Sierra and in Thunderbird mail. Rebooting did not help. We had our friend resend them and that didn't work either.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Sonny

Are all Mail accounts using the same servers or are you using different email-client applications and different servers???

Both on Telus servers including my Thunderbird mail app. I did search the internet for an answer but couldn't find one. Although one blogger did say he occasionally had this problem. I did unplug the Imac and reboot and rebuilt the mail boxes and had the sender resend also forwarded the file from both Thunderbird and my MBP mail but all tries didn't work. There were 37 in line photos and text. Maybe the file was too big. I'll do search to see if file size matters.

Thanks,
Sonny

That sounds like it could be a very valid reason!!! ;-)

As far as I know, Telus still has an e-mail limit to upload up to 10 attachments to an overall maximum size of 25 MB.

To test, Just try sending a single small mb size attachment file.

Hi,
I sent several photos and it worked. My wife thinks these are "screen shots" which were forwarded to us. I sent an email to our selves which included screen shots and it worked.

My wife asked me to ask you if she could send the email to you to see what you think. They are pictures taken from windows by people while in quarantine. She said they are interesting.

Is there a way of sending a private message in ehmac?

Thanks,
Sonny

Yes, left-click on the members name and you'll see the option.

I'm just about to send you one.
