Mac Accounting Software Web Site!

The topic of accounting software comes up among Macintosh users all the time.

It's really hard to find all the alternatives for Macintosh accounting software. So I created a Web site that lists them all!

Macintosh Accounting Software
Macintosh Accounting Software

The site is currently in the early stages of being useful to users. If I get the energy, I'm going to ask all the developers if they want to contribute two or three sentences to the site about their products.

I hope that folks find the site useful!

Since you're posting this on a site based in Canada, how about identifying accounting software that supports use outside the USA? Like many other countries, Canada has a value added tax (GST/HST). Also, Canadian companies are much more likely to require multiple currency support. Etc.

How many of the packages listed on your page meet these needs?

Plus, few if any support any of the Canada Income Tax and other Canada tax stuff I understand, and not since Quicken pulled the plug for Canada use how many years ago now???

Maybe Money does I think I read somewhere.

Wow...that's quite and impressive project I'm sure it will be useful to many, especially considering how many times I've been asked about financial software for Mac users. I didn't have a proper answer.

you should do some research on Enterprise Accounting packages.. there used to be a package we sold.. called HansaWorld.. [i believe they are still around. ]

Couple of others are ERP, CRM friendly like autotask, connectwise etc..
we sell those.. great products

Maybe they should spend a bit of their budgets on advertising assuming that they want to spread the word and make some money with their products.

Not exactly common name products, but then again I'm not involved in any financial product of solutions.

you have no idea but they do spend their budget on advertising.. in their respective industries.. when you are that good.. you dont have to do advertising.. i was only mentioning them by name so this guy's website can add a few more..

most of them spend money on us MSPs to spread the word, it actually works for them..
as they know we are able to get the word out more effectively as well as we sell them.
