iOS 13 and Hotspot

I must say Im liking iOS 13. One improvement is connecting my iPad to Hotspot on my iPhone. It connects much more quickly and more reliably, often times. Ive posted in the past about issues with this. Looks like it was the behaviour of iOS 12 and not a network issue after all.

Have not tried it with iOS 13 yet, but I never had issues with iOS 12, used it a few times when the internet went down here at work and it always connected quickly and was stable with good speeds.

Like wonderings, I have never had an issue using personal hotspot on my iPhone 8 Plus using iOS 12.

iOS 13 may be a tad quicker, but nothing radical enough for me to take notice of major change.

also missing mail
and the subject and names get removed or the body of the emails ... but hey at least hot spot works lol
