Nope, but you may want to check and see if anything is mentioned about the graphics problem or the chip Here that used to be THE Mac Hackers GoTo site for mods or solutions etc.:
Apple/Mac/OS X News, Tips and Tech Articles - xlr8yourmac.com

I guess if the Mac is already kaput with the particular Graphics problem, $60.00cdn it's not a bad price to get it going again if it works.

But they seem to have a money back guarantee, so why not???

PS: You might want to check with iFixit.com as well and see if they have a suggestion or a fix before purchasing.

That EFI chip will not do anything for a faulty GPU, it is the GMUX that controls it and not the EFI.

That being said, I do perform hardware bypass/reprogramming of the GMUX that permanently and forever fixes the 2011 15" and 17" units. Feel free to PM for info, or I can post up here if people are interested. It is not a "end user" performable fix, but I specialize in advanced repairs of MacBooks hehe.

Yep, I'm using DosDude1's Demux. Still not for the average user though...
