3rd party backlit KB for MB

Is there such a thing?? not that I absolutely need it, but I will say that it's something that I once thought was useless, until i used one on my MBP

My 2008/9 unit doesn't have it so I'm wondering if it's something possibly out there for purchase... but i as I type and glance at the keys, it sounds like i'd have to get an entire assembly (keys and mechanism) - which already sounds like 💰💰💰.

Oh well... This is kinda cool.

I wonder if it is possible to retrofit the backlit keyboard on a white unibody macbook.

Edit: check this out!!

By the way, I have extra LED sheets if you are interested getting into such projects.

Edit 2: looks like it is possible to just swap the keyboard from a PRO. I do have a keyboard from a PRO and an extra LED sheet. It was a keyboard that I bought for my 09 Pro, but apparently, they used different part numbers throughout the year, so it did not fit mine.
