Apple has released a new set of benchmarks for its latest and greatest PowerMacs, which claim that a dual 1.42GHz PowerMac is 32% faster at certain tasks (i.e., Photoshop) than a 3.06GHz Dell Dimension 8250.

While I'm not a fan of Apple's benchmarking methodology (especially the fact that there are virtually no details on how each of the tests were run), I thought I'd pass the link along anyway.
