If it was less powerful and smaller but half the price, I could see a market for it. Since I can read lots of things on an iPhone screen, I'm pretty sure I could read them on a 7" screen. There's a market. But I'm also waiting for them to come out with a rainbow of colour iPads like they did with iPod Nanos a few years ago. And AirPlay will be the new feature that drives adoption at any rate. I understand many TV's. receivers and what not are being built with AirPlay receiver chips built in, but only Apple products will have the transmitter. AirPlay for your car—that could be quite handy. And a 7" dash-mountable iPad would work better in a vehicle than either an iPhone or an iPad.
