Wow! Replacement phone immediately!

I need to let you know what happened today. I got back to my office and realized my iPhone was not in it's holster and I panicked as it is my office phone. I called it and it rang a few times and went to voice mail. Called a few places where I had just completed service calls. No one had found it but would call when they do. Got a call they found it but it wasn't good. It had been run over by a vehicle. Picked it up and went straight to the Burlington Apple store. I asked for the business rep and said it had a small crack could it be fixed . It actually was completely covered in fine cracks, the screen was toast and it had a nice arch in it from top to bottom. They said no problem, took me right away, grabbed a new one, tossed in the sim card and charged me flat rate repair for the replacement, $190 out the door! I was there a total of 15 minutes! Score another for the Apple team! Just restored it from my MBP a few minutes ago and almost fully charged now.

It's an out of warranty replacement... Pretty common. I've arrange a couple for customers and done one myself. Would be worth a thread if you got it for free!!

It may be common for Apple, but I work for a place and any out of warranty is full price. So, count me it as impressed.

Sorry they didn't impress you, but my business phone is everything to me and this blew me away. All my phones have been standard flip phones and the. I got this iPhone at the Mapleview Mall opening day so I haven't had it long.
