Eerie iphone 4 alarm

A colleague has a strange story of an alarm that has appeared on her iphone. In her own words:

"The other day I noticed an extra alarm on my iPhone. Usually have three, but now there were four, so the alarm screen was noticeably different. One was set for 6:14am on Tuesdays, and it was labeled "Fear." I did not create this alarm, and my phone wasn't anywhere where someone else could have. I turned the alarm off but haven't deleted it because I suppose it's possible that I created it one morning while trying, in a barely conscious haze, to set a later alarm (FAIL), and maybe it will come to me the more I look at it. And maybe brief, incomprehensible typing autocorrected to "Fear." In any case, the eeriness does not end there. Despite me turning the alarm off when I first discovered it, and double checking it was off before going to bed, the thing went off this morning! Does my phone have a virus? Was I hacked?"

Is her phone possessed? Has anyone heard of this before?

Nah. If the alarm were set for 6:66 a.m. then there is that possibility
