Just got the iPod a few days ago and thought I'd try setting it up as a phone. I've seen a friend use their iPod Touch to make a call using an app involving Skype. They could call out but not receive calls. I thought I'd try to set myself up with an app that could receive calls. Well, Line2 looked promising. Problem is there's no numbers for the Saskatchewan area code, yet. What, not a big enough market?
Anyway, I just used Alberta's area code and got me a number. BUT this is okay for calling out (0.02/per minute after the 30 day free trial) BUT I don't think anyone is going to want to call me long distance and pay the damage. Unless, I reverse the charges...... Or maybe I should just move to Alberta?
Anyway, a work in progress.
