Frustrated by Wireless Express in Barrhaven/Ottawa
What can I say?! I lined up early. I was reservation #4. The phones hadn't arrived yet but FedEx was sending them soon. Was told to that they were only getting 4 phones, that they were only giving one phone per billing address/family, and that I absolutely had one with my name on it since I was #4. I left. I called three times further throughout the day and was assured my phone was there and they were only waiting for the activation servers to catch up; they'd call me soon to pick it up.
By 4:45pm I went into the store and was told "Oh! I'm sorry. We gave one of the earlier reservations 2 phones. We have none left."
So silly me says "But the manager said - Only one phone per billing address. That was the policy. I personally watched him tell multiple customers they could only get one phone."
And the young clerk replies "Yeah, I know, but he made an exception. Sorry."
So we call the store manager. No answer. We leave a voice mail. No call back. I emailed him. No response.
Am I angry about not getting a phone? I'm moreso disappointed.
Am I angry about sales representatives that can't keep their words and have a complete FAIL at communicating with the customer? You bet. Big time.
Sorry folks. I just had to vent. Where has customer service gone?
