I've done a search to see if anyone else has noted this but didn't find anything so sorry if this is a repeat.
I get my Rogers bills eposted to me so I never noticed this until I went to my "MyRogers" page. It turns out that my 6gb package now has a expiry date attached to it and I know it wasn't there before.
I signed up in the first promotion period and assumed that like everything else the plan would end up being grandfathered.
Did I miss something?

The plan will be grandparented. You'll never lose it. If the cost ever goes down, call and have it adjusted. It's no different from other grandparented features and credits some have had for a decade.
If still in doubt, call Rogers and confirm it. It's just a notation with unfortunate wording on your bill.

There is no such thing as unfortunate wording on contract language, only terms or conditions. This is where lawyers make their living and the basic rule is pay first, argue later.
When you contact Rogers, makes sure you have name, date and reference number of the person you talked to.
Yes, most likely it will be grandfathered in, but all contracts have an end date for a reason.

Right. Likely refers to the end of the term of your contract, not the package/service.
I phoned Rogers and it represents the length of the term for the 6 gb data plan.
6 gb = 3 years, so the term is until 2011, after that it will be grandfathered.
Thanks
