How does this compare to the other media reader?

To me this one doesn't make sense. The Belkin card reader runs off the iPod battery and batteries in the unit.

This one requires the camera to be on, running its battery, plus the camera link takes batteries, plus the iPod battery runs when transferring.

That's a lot of batteries running down at the same time.

It still looks just as big as the card reader...

media reader : 3.35" x 3.94" x 0.81"

usb link : anyone?

I'm headed to Europe in June and really want to get one of these...whichever is smaller would be best for me! The link takes two batteries and seeing as media readers suck batteries, I'll still have juice in my ipod...
