Did you see an ad or something...that would be an amazing deal. Even with the student union deal, the iBook + iPod mini is over $1200 (including the rebate for the mini).

impossible. The profit nargins are too low to give that much of a discount.

I had heard about that price at yorkdale for academic purchases for the last version, but i am not sure it is true, i called and was told they went for 1099. Data INtegrity sells them 1199 like everyone else i think. SO you are looking at 1199+tax =1378/85 + ipod mini + tax.

I know one of the guys who works there and if they had that price he would have called me asap.

If you want to call, dial 1 for the sales floor and ask for Ed, he is the manager.

Say "damn it Ed, i want a deal" he he I think everyone should do it a couple times. "Wheres the deal Ed, wheres the deal?"

ha ha, he will go nuts..."ED SHOW ME THE DEAL!!"

He will go crazy...he is a very mellow type of guy, but with a temper.. :-O

nice
