Since updating I am having weird issues that I can not fix.

I am constantly having a box flash on the screen then off but it only flickers. I can not see what the window is to tell I it is a program or not....

Also the WIFI that worked before the update does not work. my devices can not connect to my networks? any suggestions?

I too found Catalina riddled with issues and it literally killed off all my 32-bit apps that I still use daily. Huge mistake on my part so I wiped the HD clean and reinstalled Mojave. Been fine ever since.
