What's the procedure to wipe my iPhone 4 before selling it?

I've always preferred to restore an iDevice via iTunes if I were to sell one off because it truly gives the new owner a "fresh" copy of iOS for them to use to their heart's content.

Plus, I've heard that using the Reset Function has caused some issues for some people in the past. Not sure if it is an issue till now, or if those past issues were just sparse incidents, but I still like restoring iOS.
