Faulty iPhone?

Hey there guys,

Was just using my phone and went to type something and the screen screwed up when the keyboard popped up, it seems as if a few lines of pixels (horizontally) just were flashing different colours. When the keyboard went away, so did the problem.

Any ideas?

I've had this happen too. Only once so far, and not since. Can't remember what app I had open when it happened. I'm not too concerned.
