Apple ID issues!!

Hello my friends

Before I'm sorry if I start new thread in false sub-forum!

I have an Apple ID with own Gmail account. I delete some App(s) from purchases list, but deleted apps are saved in hidden purchases.

If I reset Apple ID (with change primary email address) the hidden purchases will be clean-up?

Also, can I sign up new Apple ID with old primary email address (my own gmail) and new billing information? In this case, my older hidden purchases and purchases list will not shown?

Your Apple ID will always show your past purchases. If you really want to hide them, you need to make a new Apple ID which will not have any associated with it. You will not be able to get previous purchases on the "old" Apple ID on the new Apple ID though.
